MDCACHE: force attr refresh after setattr when delegated

mdcache_refresh_attrs() skips the backend getattr while a file is
delegated, assuming attributes cannot change without a recall.

Same-client write-class ops no longer recall, so setattr can complete
while a delegation is still held. The following GETATTR then returns
stale attributes from mdcache.

Add a force flag to mdcache_refresh_attrs() and use it from
mdcache_setattr2() so setattr always refreshes the attr cache.
