macOS quirk: macOS_quirk_pad_handles
NFSV4 block option, default false. Works around macOS bug FB25239876:
macOS cannot mount a file system nested inside a mirror mount unless the
parent's file handle length is a multiple of 4. When set, NFSv4 file
handles are padded to a multiple of 4 bytes, and padded handles are
accepted as with Enable_V3fh_Validation_For_V4.
It ignores macOS_quirks_only_for_macOS_clients and applies to every
client, because callbacks such as CB_RECALL send handles without knowing
the client.
