Stats for all ops by a client
By default only IO related stats for a client are collected.
To get more precise workload information, stats for all operations
carried by a client are helpful.
Made a provision to gather and extract stats for all ops requested
by a client. This stat gathering is not enabled by default. One can
enable and disable such stat gather using ganesha_stats interface.
