macOS quirk: macOS_quirk_named_attr_NVERIFY
Add macOS quirks to a client's export permissions, set only from CLIENT
blocks, and the first quirk:
macOS_quirk_named_attr_NVERIFY, default false. Works around macOS bug
FB25231602: macOS reads an extended attribute with NVERIFY and READ, and
can panic handling the reply. When set, NVERIFY of a named attribute
fails with NFS4ERR_NOTSUPP, so macOS reads the value normally.
macOS quirks can't be set in EXPORT or EXPORT_DEFAULTS blocks. By
default they apply only to macOS clients, so Clients = * is safe.
