macOS quirk: macOS_quirk_mounted_on_fileid
CLIENT block option, default false. Works around macOS bug FB25239910:
RFC 8881 5.8.2.23 says stat() returns fileid and only readdir() returns
mounted_on_fileid, but macOS uses mounted_on_fileid for both. So stat()
of the top directory of a mounted file system gives the inode number of
the directory it is mounted on, which a file inside can also have, and
du reports a cycle. When set, GETATTR returns fileid as
mounted_on_fileid. READDIR is unchanged.
