CEPH: Fixup zerocopy
Change default config to enable async and zerocopy
If non-zerocopy read, caller must allocate buffer. Since zerocopy is a global
config, just indicate FSAL doesn't support allocating own buffers in this
case so fsal_read2 will do the allocation.
Actually enable write2 for zerocopy.
