LOG: Add LTTng log facility with auto-managed live session
Register an "LTTNG" log facility that emits messages as LTTng UST
tracepoints via GSH_AUTO_TRACEPOINT.
Session setup uses the liblttng-ctl C API directly — no lttng CLI
needed at runtime. lttng-sessiond and lttng-relayd are auto-launched
via posix_spawnp() if not already running, and cleaned up on shutdown.
A background reader thread streams live events through babeltrace2 to
the configured log file. On success LTTNG becomes the default facility
and FILE is disabled to avoid duplicates. If setup fails, FILE remains
active — no messages are lost.
Gated behind USE_LTTNG (CMake). No new dependencies.
