I observed that Ganesha collect latencies for read, write & layout (NFSv4.1 & above) operations, while collecting stats per client & per export.

I can understand & appreciate the latency collection for "per export", but for "per client" it is not suitable. Latency is not client specific hence IMHO it should be removed.
