MDCACHE - Update tracepoints to print obj_handle

Correlating tracepoints inside and outside MDCACHE is difficult when
MDCACHE traces the entry, which is invisible outside MDCACHE.  Instead,
trace the obj_handle, which is what other modules would trace.
