Grpc: Add CacheMgr gRPC APIs

Implement gRPC equivalents for the CacheMgr DBus APIs by introducing
the CacheMgrService. Add support for the following methods:

- ShowIdMapperUsers
- ShowIdMapperGroups
- ShowNegativeUsers
- ShowNegativeGroups
- ShowNegativeUIDs
- ShowUid2Grp

Introduce helper APIs in the cache modules to populate gRPC-specific
data structures while keeping the existing DBus implementation
unchanged.
