FSAL_VFS: implement NFSv4.2 READ_PLUS
Use SEEK_DATA and SEEK_HOLE to report sparse file extents through NFSv4.2 READ_PLUS. Return short data extents at hole boundaries and avoid retaining or transmitting buffers for hole responses.
Also clear the data pointer for zero-length READ_PLUS results to avoid retaining a released buffer.
