macOS quirk: macOS_quirk_named_attr_truncate
CLIENT block option, default false. Works around macOS bug FB25230118:
when it overwrites an existing extended attribute, macOS forgets to
truncate it, so a shorter value leaves the end of the old one. When set,
opening a named attribute for writing truncates it, except
com.apple.ResourceFork, which macOS writes in pieces.
