macOS quirks: a way to apply them only to macOS clients
Add macos_quirk_applies() for workarounds of macOS client bugs, and
macOS_quirks_only_for_macOS_clients to the NFSV4 block, true by default.
When true, a quirk applies only to clients that send apple.com in
EXCHANGE_ID. Set it to false if all clients are Macs and some use NFS
versions prior to NFSv4.1.
