export_mgr: Fix gsh_refstr memory leak in update_export_metadata_metric
gsh_refstr_dup() already initializes path_label with a reference count
of 1. Calling gsh_refstr_get(path_label) when constructing the
export_path metric label increments the reference count to 2, while
only a single gsh_refstr_put(path_label) is called before returning,
leaking path_label on every export insertion.
