FSAL_VFS: named attributes backed by user extended attributes
named_attr in the VFS and XFS blocks (off by default) maps the named
attribute "foo" to the extended attribute "user.foo". A WRITE changes
only the bytes it covers.
With named_attr off, the named_attr attribute is now false. VFS used to
report true while OPENATTR always failed.
LINK and RENAME between a named attribute directory and a normal
directory return NFS4ERR_XDEV. LINK and RENAME within a named attribute
directory, and exclusive create of a named attribute, are not supported.
