EXPORT: Samba-style create and directory masks and forced modes
Create_Mask, Force_Create_Mode, Directory_Mask and Force_Directory_Mode
work as in Samba: the mask first, then the forced bits are OR'd in.
While an export masks or forces a mode, SETATTR of the mode can change
only the execute bits; the other bits keep their values. Otherwise macOS
Finder resets the mode with a SETATTR after copying a file.
CONF_ITEM_MODE now accepts 07777, which also widens the FSAL umask
options.
