Modify nfs_release_nlm_state() to use proper IPv6 matching

Use cmp_sockaddr() rather than IP string matching.

Remove the specialised IP string matching functions
ip_str_match() and extractv4() since they are now
longer need and we should be using the common
functions cmp_sockaddr and ip_str_to_sockaddr.
