NFSv4.1: recognise macOS clients from EXCHANGE_ID
macOS sends apple.com as its implementation ID domain in EXCHANGE_ID.
Record it in the client ID and in the op context of each request on the
client's sessions. NFSv4.0 clients are never recognised: SETCLIENTID has
no implementation ID.
