NFSv4: named attributes (OPENATTR) in the protocol and FSAL API
Implement named attributes (RFC 8881 5.3). FSALs provide them through a
new openattr object method (FSAL API minor version 1); FSALs without it
still return NFS4ERR_NOTSUPP. MDCACHE does not cache named attribute
directories.
