Add options to cmake to use spectrum's libwbclient.so library.

These cmake additional options supplied by Swen (schillig@de.ibm.com)
make the product build with RPATH that we need to use spectrum's
libwbclient.so which is at /usr/lpp/mmfs/lib64. This is a temporary
solution until we find a way to make cmake options propogate to
rpmbuilds without directly modifying this spec file.
