SAL: Handle open claim of type OPEN_DELEG_CUR_FH
As stated in NFSv4.1, handle the OPENs of cliam type
OPEN_DELEG_CUR_FH which is similar to OPEN_DELEGATE_CUR
but identified by current filehandle.
