Do I need to set Credential_LifeTime explicitly for each export? Is there a timeout parameter for clients that are idle? Thanks.

Problem re-occurred. I restarted Ganesha, and the client mounts were setup, and about 24 hours later, the same failures started happening. I guess I’ll turn up logging to try to see what’s going on. Suggestions welcome…

Thanks.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [NFS-Ganesha-Support] Proxy FSAL client session renewal failures

Hi. I’m testing Ganesha 3.3 serving about 20 exported filesystems using Proxy FSAL. I set up my config, and started the server. We were able to mount all directories successfully on a pair of clients, and run miscellaneous tests. Everything looked good. However, about 3 hours after a successful server start, I started seeing the following repeatedly in the log. I checked that the NFS server exports were still fine, and we couldn’t find anything significant on either client, so I’m wondering where these are coming from. Is there some timeout? Seeking advice…

Thanks.
