[NFS-Ganesha-Support] Configuring a NFS-GANESHA server as a NFS proxy

Hi, I am following this wiki https://github.com/nfs-ganesha/nfs-ganesha/wiki/PROXY It says this - > ./configure --with-fsal=PROXY but I dont see the configure file in your source code. Which file are you referring to ? Thanks Ramji
