CONFIG - fix for unknown block "rados_urls" The logic in find_unused_blocks() to identify unused configuration nodes relies on the "found" flag in the node beign set, but but it's not possible for logic in conf_url_rados.c to set it. I've modified config_GetBlockNode to unconditionally set this, since there doesn't seem to be any valid reason to not set this flag right there. As it turns out, conf_url_rados is the only user of this routine.
