[NFS-Ganesha-Devel] Proposed V5.8 patch set

See https://github.com/ffilz/nfs-ganesha/commits/V5.8-proposed/ for a propsed merge for V5.8 A few bits: I left in the V6-dev.x commits for markers, they would be removed in the final. Also, ntirpc will need a V5.8 tag which would be pulled up instead of the arbitrary commit. Please have a look. So far this compiles. Frank
