FSAL_VFS: Implement NFSv4 to POSIX ACL mapping Implemented in vfs subfsal via sub-ops, using libacl and the Linux acl_{get,set}_fd_np() replacements. Based on similar implementations in FSAL_CEPH and FSAL_GLUSTER. ENABLE_VFS_POSIX_ACL is now ON by default, so this will be built when possible.
