FSAL: disable ATTR4_XATTR in FSAL_GLUSTER and FSAL_GPFS The xattrs API will need to change in order to better conform to the released standard. Disable ATTR4_XATTR in both GPFS and GLUSTER until they can be reworked on top of the updated FSAL API.
