[NFS-Ganesha-Devel] I updated the nfs-ganesha github pages page

See https://nfs-ganesha.github.io/ Let me know what you think. I added a favicon and also removed the width limit. I wonder if that page should be much more minimal and point to the wiki which is easier to update? Thanks for your thoughts. Frank
