Improve nsm_client debugging inc_nsm_client_ref and dec_nsm_client_ref now log the line they were called from instead of lines inside those functions which makes it easier to track where the refcount is being manipulated. Also fix an logging issue in get_nsm_client where we needed to clear out the log buffer before displaying the found nsm client.
