Fix close/close2: needed to return "not opened". Ganesha's metadata cache tries to keep track of how many open "fds" there are, but if you tell it you did a close() rather than "nothing was open" it decrements open_fd_count. Once that goes negative, all hell breaks loose. I also improved the logging while debugging, as well as left a comment related to REMOVE vs RMDIR (the spec suggests you may use REMOVE, but in reality nfsd's want RMDIR, so I'm keeping it as is).
