MDCACHE - Call read/write callbacks in MDCACHE context Various calls (such as mdcache_put() and mdcache_kill_entry()) need to be called in MDCACHE context. However, the read/write callbacks are called in the context of the sub-FSAL. Make the entire callback in MDCACHE context, to avoid any future issues.
