FSAL_CEPH : Set correct ceph client_cache_size Ceph client caches metadata (inode & dentries). The cache size is governed by parameter "client_cache_size" with default value of 16K. Ganesha also caches this information via MDCACHE, and it has references to the in-memory structure of ceph's cached data. To avoid mdcache pointing to freed (or being freed) memory structures in ceph client, the ceph client cache should be set properly.
