I'd thought we'd fixed this?  Any way, when the enqueue has only gone up by 1 and the dequeue is the same as the old enqueue (as is the case in your messages below; For example, enq new: 17466, old: 17465; deq new: 17465, old: 17465 ) then it's not really a health problem, but just the heartbeat hitting right after an enqueue during a relatively idle period. We should have a threashold > 1 for this message, and we've discussed it in the past, and I thought we'd done something about it, but it seems we didn't.
