Ganesha has various stats/info available via DBUS. There's a tool
called ganeshactl that interacts with our DBUS, and a script named
ganesha_stats.py that's part of that tool specifically for getting
stats. Some stats are enabled by default, some require configuration to
be turned on. See the ganesha-core-config man page for more info on
those config options.
