You were not kidding about the log file size. I just copied the ganesha.log file over to a webserver that I have available. I cleared the log then restarted services then powered on the ESXi host and attempted to install a guest machine again. I stopped the nfs-ganesha service once the ESXi guest had failed. http://datacenternorth.mooo.com/ganesha.log
