FSAL_RGW and FSAL_CEPH do not use the same auth. RGW uses S3 auth, and
it's users are created/modified by rgw-admin. FSAL_CEPH uses CephX
auth. You will need a user/key pair that works with CephFS to be able
to connect FSAL_CEPH.
