Hi,
FSAL_PROXY should be built by default.
This short wiki help is more up to date,
https://github.com/nfs-ganesha/nfs-ganesha/wiki/Testing-FSAL_PROXY ,
especially concerning the PROXY ganesha configuration which has been
moved to FSAL block since april 2018 (V2.7-dev.13) . You can find an
other up to date configuration example in the ganesha source tree :
src/config_samples/proxy.conf .
