I've had issues with this for some time now (2 years). I have a
commit stashed in my ntirpc repo that adds -lnsl. We need some kind
of cleanup?

It looks like libnsl2-devel is missing. SYSTEM_NTIRPC is off by default
(it uses the submodule version of ntirpc).
