I believe I was incorrectly handing out some garbage during one of the handle_to_wire / wire_to_host variants, perhaps as a result of the lookup function special case for "." and "..". It's unclear what we *should* be returning (the FSAL API isn't clear about lifetimes or ownership), but once I cleaned up the NFS client state (via umount -f) these didn't recur. Either way, no reason to be silent in the future.
