We are getting "Input/output error" when reading regular files on CentOS7.2 with
nfs4.1(4.0 is ok).Is anyone know about this?Thanks in advance.

I'd suspect a bug in the client with a kernel that old. You may want to
update the kernel on the client and test again.

Yes, you need centos kernel version >= 3.10.0-514 for using NFSv4.1 mounts.
