Git Issue [1355]: Fix sticky bit handling in directory permission checks Previously, sticky bit (0o1000) was incorrectly used only as a reference for directory operations. Change: Sticky bit now properly enforces its own semantic - preventing unprivileged users from deleting/renaming files they don't own in shared directories.
