Add FSAL_KVSFS
This commits add a new FSAL: FSAL_KVSFS. This FSAL is implemented
on top of the libkvsns library (https://github.com/phdeniel/kvsns)
a library that implements a POSIX namespace using the service of a
KVS and an object store.
