[NFS-Ganesha-Devel] checkpatch.conf update pushed to next

Some folks have been tripping over the indented labels check with C++ code so I pushed a checkpatch.conf update to avoid that. If you are having this problem, rebase on next or manually make the config change. Thanks Frank
