Replace dec_nlm_state_ref with dec_state_t_ref to allow disable NLM In order to be able to build without NLM support, we need to always call dec_state_t_ref which determines whether to call dec_nlm_state_ref or dec_nfs4_state_ref and has a conditional compile to leave out dec_nlm_state_ref if bulding without NLM support. FSAL_GLUSTER: Add feature to support multiple backup-volfile servers with custom ports This PR adds feature to support for: 1. Add multiple hostnames as backup-volfile-servers. This becomes helpful with Gluster currently having ability to serve volfiles from bricks without GlusterD. 2. Add ability to specify custom ports along with hostnames, while keeping the current #24007 as default port. This is helpful when Glusterfsd process is running in a custom port. Note: This PR keeps the existing behaviour as default with backporting enabled. Fix setting of EXPORT_DEFAULTS and default options The "default options" for exports are the code defaults modified by the NFS_CORE_PARAM Protocols. Those get set in export_opt.def. The EXPORT_DEFAULTS options get set in export_opt.conf. The structure export_opt_cfg is ONLY used during the parse of EXPORT_DEFAULTS then export_opt_cfg.conf is copied into export_opt.conf.
