CEPH: Implement ceph client pool for better performance When multiple exports are created with cmount_path as "/", then all such exports are served by a single ceph client. By using more ceph clients attached to Ganesha, one will get better performance. When "clients_per_pool" is configured and when there are additional ceph auth users and associated keys, more ceph clients are created and used. Reconcile missed updates after recovery and drain callbacks before releasing resources. ACK notifications with the supplied handle and preserve the shared client when opening an individual URL fails. RADOS_URLS: stop the heartbeat thread before joining it Shutdown hangs when the heartbeat thread is running because cu_rados_url_shutdown() joins it before clearing the initialized flag that controls its loop. Use a separate atomic stop flag, reset before thread creation and set before joining, to stop the thread without racing on initialized. Keep client teardown after the join and clear service_update_started to avoid joining the same thread again.
