RECOVERY: Prepare recovery database to hold NLM/NSM information also This commit doesn't actually implement any new recovery database records, it just sets the stage for their addition as necessary. Mostly this will just recognize them as NOT NFSv4.x clientid entries and issue a warning message should they appear in the database (but otherwise they will be ignored and left alone).
