This means you'll need EPEL to build it on RHEL/Centos 7. The
official Centos packages, once 2.9 is released, will likely be patched
to not need EPEL.
As an alternative, if you don't use the python admin scripts, you can
disable USE_ADMIN_TOOLS in cmake when you build.
