Switch TSM RPC to callback-based lifecycle with evchan registration This change updates the TSM RPC send path to use the callback‑based client request flow. Requests are now queued with CLNT_CALL_BACK, completion is handled in tsm_rpc_call_process, and request memory is released only after the RPC layer signals completion. The client transport is registered on the event channel to make callback processing safe.
