Add options to cmake to use spectrum's libwbclient.so library. These cmake additional options supplied by Swen (schillig(a)de.ibm.com) make the product build with RPATH that we need to use spectrum's libwbclient.so which is at /usr/lpp/mmfs/lib64. This is a temporary solution until we find a way to make cmake options propogate to rpmbuilds without directly modifying this spec file.
