FSAL_VFS: Replace sticky‑bit referral trigger with xattr‑based detection (user.fs_location) This change simplifies and clarifies NFSv4 referral handling in FSAL_VFS by removing the sticky‑bit/no‑exec trigger and using only the presence of the extended attribute user.fs_location to decide whether a directory is a referral junction. The sticky‑bit mechanism overloaded traditional POSIX semantics and caused confusion for admins and tooling (auditors, CM systems) while offering no protocol‑level benefit. Using the fs_locations attribute per NFSv4 aligns better with the specification and makes referral configuration explicit and self‑describing. NFSv4 delegation support in Linux kernel v6.19

I wanted to reach out to the Samba and Ganesha development communities to advertise that we're adding support for new F_SETDELEG and F_GETDELEG fcntl() commands in Linux v6.19: https://lore.kernel.org/linux-nfs/20251111-dir-deleg-ro-v6-0-52f3feebb2f2... They work like leases, but are broken in more situations, to conform to the needs of NFSv4 delegations. For files, these should expose the correct semantics for NFSv4 delegation support: namely that they are also broken if the dentry is renamed or unlinked. You can now take out a delegation on a directory, and it will be broken when a dentry is added, deleted or renamed within the directory. My main impetus for adding this interface was so that this stuff could more easily be tested, but it did occur to me that this facility might be useful for the existing users of F_SETLEASE. Previously, ceph_fsal_write2() could issue non-blocking write requests regardless of the configured async setting, making it difficult to reliably disable async write behavior. This commit refactors ceph_fsal_write2() to honor the CEPH config stanza at runtime, enabling or disabling async I/O to work correctly, based on the configured value of the async option. Resulting behavior: - CEPH stanza absent, Async I/O is disabled (default-safe behavior). - CEPH stanza present with async = false, Async I/O is explicitly disabled. - CEPH stanza present with async = true, Async I/O is enabled, allowing non-blocking read & write operations.
